邻苯二甲酰亚胺钾是-NH 2 - 合成子，其允许通过与烷基卤反应制备伯胺。 烷基化后，邻苯二甲酰亚胺不是亲核试剂，不再反应。 通过与碱或肼反应裂解产物，这产生稳定的环状产物。
