Luche还原_Luche Reduction
用硼氢化钠选择性地1,2-还原烯酮与CeCl 3组合。
还原机制
CeCl 3是用于硼氢化钠甲醇分解的选择性路易斯酸催化剂。所得试剂，各种甲氧基硼氢化钠，是较硬的还原剂（根据HSAB原理），因此以更高的选择性实现1,2-还原。
此外，CeCl 3活化甲醇。
